Trip to Tarifa

In our free time we did a lot of things in and around Málaga. One weekend we drove to Tarifa. It's a small town and the southmost point in Spain. Tarifa is very famous for strong wind and waves. A lot of (kite-)surfers are coming to Tarifa to have a good surf. Also you can do a trip to Africa with the ferry.

I learned the basics of surfing in Australia. I decided to practice again because it's very hard to learn. I asked a few people to come with me to have a nice weekend in Tarifa. We rented a car and a bungalow and started our trip on Friday afternoon. After a 2h drive we arrived at our campsite and visited our bungalow. After that we drove to the city to have dinner. We decided to eat pizza in a restaurant where you get scissors to cut your pizza. Last but not least we had a few drinks at the bungalow.
On Saturday morning we decided to do a mountainbike-trip after we saw that there were no waves. So we hired a few bikes and did a nice trip into the hills of Tarifa. In the afternoon we drove to Bolonia which has the nicest beach in the area.
On Sunday the weather was very cloudy so we decided to drive back to Málaga. We just had a little stop at a viewpoint from which you can see Africa.
